At the LuxReal and Paperjam Real Estate Awards Awards 2026 GRAVITY received the ‘Best Living Together’ Award.
Jointly developed by Unibra Real Estate and BPI Real Estate GRAVITY reflects a shared vision: to create a vibrant place to live, where different generations and lifestyles come together.

Located in the heart of Differdange, the project brings together residential apartments, coliving spaces, student accommodation, retail, services, healthcare facilities and workspaces within a single development. This carefully designed mix of functions encourages interaction, fosters connections and introduces a new way of experiencing urban life.

This award celebrates a shared vision and the dedication of the teams and partners who worked together to bring GRAVITY to life.
A big thank you to BPI Real Estate for this wonderful collaboration, as well as to PETITDIDIERPRIOUX Architectes, Moreno, CLE Group and everyone who contributed to the project's success.

Our thanks also go to LuxReal, Paperjam and the jury members for this wonderful recognition.
