WWF is a globally recognized organization dedicated to protecting nature and biodiversity, with a mission to build a future in which people and nature live in harmony. From its European Policy Office in Brussels, WWF plays a key role in shaping sustainable policies within the European Union.

What makes this collaboration even more valuable to us is that WWF EU not only chose a strategic location, but also embraces a conscious approach to sustainable, high-quality workspaces. The building’s BREEAM certification was a decisive factor in its decision to maintain its presence with us.

The WWF EU team also appreciates the functional layout of the spaces, the facilities such as meeting rooms and the private terrace, as well as the efficient handling of various requests and needs.

The recent renewal of the lease for a period of 9 years is, for us, a strong sign of trust and confirms the long-term relationship we have built together.
