‘Gravity’ in Differdange is a high-profile contemporary residential tower rising in a rapidly developing region. The site of the former high school at Braine l’Alleud, located in the city centre, will be completely redesigned in a mixed project (housing and shops) with particularly distinctive architecture designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects.

Four wooden buildings will be built above an underground 253-space car park and a mixed traditional-style commercial/office base. One of the buildings will be for office space, and the other three will contain 102 accommodation units. These units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, will be designed to allow a high level of flexibility of space in order to adapt to changing family needs.
The emphasis will be on biodiversity and renewable energy.
The project, which will be carried out with a circular economy approach, will receive the Breeam, Well and LCBI (Low Carbon Building) labels.
